It still hurts to think about that silver. St. Nick's String Orchestra got Gold WITH HONOURS ?? Omg. They're super good. That totally makes the band so lousy. Not even a gold ?
Anyway yesterday I went out with my brother. At 1 we ate at yoshinoya, 3pm we ate at pastamania then 5.30pm we ate at KFC. Spent alot of money ! Today paid $25 for cheer tee then ate macs. I officially declare myself bankrupt. I have no more savings :)
Yes I need to gain 2kg . I am such a WEAK base. Following which I gotta train muscles. I can't even do a proper stunt with Jamie who is such a good flyer. Got 5 days to gain 2kg and muscles :)))))) GO YELLOW ! THIS FRIDAY IS THE DAY :)

Tears that dropped weren't tears of joy, as we had wished. Before the performance we told ourselves we would play our best. On stage, I tried to keep a straight face despite the fact that I was out of tune. After the performance I knew I screwed. When the results were announced, it was a moment of ineffable disappointment and despair. I had brought the band down, from a gold to a silver. I had screwed up Sunrise and Merry Widow part 12. Very badly.
I know its useless to say all this because it is a silver that we got and it'll be a silver we'll have to accept. I just hope the school and our seniors will understand us, and that we are sorry for the outcome. We had grabbed on to that last leaf of hope before the results were announced. But the leaf fell off the branch and we landed in a sea of disappointment.
Had cheer prac today. Jiehui Ada and Jamie were quite confident of their performance. And Jamie said if they got a silver she would cry for 3 days. Chinese Dance have no problem getting that Gold. Maybe Gold with Honours. And I suddenly realise that the school could not receive 8 golds for Performing Arts anymore. Those st nicks girls who were hopeful of a holiday could kiss their wish goodbye.
Went home feeling really depressed. On the bus, I heard St Andrew JC's Merry Widow on my MP3. And I totally started to tear on the bus. I wonder how Ms Sia feels about us now ? Is she relieved ? Or is she indifferent ?
I drowned my sorrows by bingeing at Macs nearby with my brother, who got a shock when I ate over $20 of food and had about twice his appetite, and hence he told my mother. My family don't dare to talk to me right now so I stayed in my room and started to blog.
And here I am. I really hope this feeling of ultimate misery would soon be over.

Geog test & Chem test was bad. I couldn't finish writing my points for geog and chem was full of crap. I can expect very bad results for term 2. Failed chinese, almost failed math, and geog test on nat veg was damn low.
My mother doesn't let me go for jingwen's chalet. What a freak! Bummer. Anyway I looooove jingwen's tortoise !
I ate 2 Mcflurries today, I ate one before going to jiehui's hse and one when i came home (my brother bought) ! And I found out that Jamie and Chris also like the marshmallows in the oreo cereal :) So we ate up all the marshamallows in the cereal container. haha. Everybody ended up taking alot of photos and videos at Jiehui's house, but jiehui wasn't at home.
I am eating dinner right now at such an unearthly time.
As 17 April approaches, I pray very very hard for the band. I am so scared for us. Why must the judging be so strict this year ? We want to achieve good results, we want to make everyone proud. What if we don't ?
Lord, continue to be with us in our every step till the day of competition. Open the hearts of the judges. Guide us and shower us with your abundant blessings always.

I guess Mr Cher's effort in helping us relax must be recognised. Although it wasn't very successful because some people just kept laughing. Anyway it was for us to calm down and prepare ourselves for the last sprint before the day of SYF ! Yes, SYF is next tuesday, 17th April ! Congrats to TK :) Yeah you guys are awesomeeee. So far, only St. Patricks got a Gold with Honours. Only one school ! And already, 3 schools got COP ? I am so freaking nervous. We have to get that gold.
School wise, things are getting badddddd. I haven't had time to study for Chem & Geog and here I am blogging. There's cheer prac tomorrow till 10.

Its Maundy thursday. And I had a "crash gain-weight" course. 2 fish burgers, KFC 2-piece chicken, chocolate cake. Plus 2 types of bottled drinks. AT THIS HOUR.
OMG. I am eating so sinfully on Holy thursday ! I need to do something about my appetite.

My oh-so-wonderful plan to FAST DURING THE HOLY WEEK just crumble beneath my gluttony.
Was suppose to fast from 7am to 7pm, but I ended up eating lunch, afternoon snack & a very very full dinner ( and i mean really full). I shall say a long prayer tonight.
I am still in the midst of contemplating whether I should leave early from band to go church. But sia might just scold me and get super pissed with me.
Anyway ! The 6 weird facts game is super infectious ! Its almost on everyone's blog now :) haha.

1. I like grapes but I hate grape-flavoured stuff; I like strawberry flavour but I hate the strawberry fruit itself. 2. I want to take environmental management & water technology in future ! It might not be weird to you , but my brother is utterly disgusted by that. He can't seem to understand why I chose to take pure geog in the first place ? But then again, maybe people who wants to handle pollution & water wastes are seemingly rare. 3. I like Jessica Simpson's bimbo-ness. 4. Many times I just open my piano, press on the middle-C key, close the piano then tell myself I already practised piano. 5. I like the smell of new books ! Yes every year when I get new textbooks I never fail to smell the pages :) 6. I am someone who sings in the bathroom. I think that's weird, but I still do it anyway.
